Your profile You have a completed apprenticeship in retail/hospitality and several years of leadership experience. You have already successfully managed a branch or a gastro business. You enjoy working independently and are used to remaining calm even in hectic times. You act as an entrepreneur and take great pleasure in helping to make your team happy, to further develop the bakery and to help write a success story.
