Social Insurance Specialist M/F

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for a Social Insurance Specialist.

Your responsibilities ##

Within the Human Resources department, you ensure the management and monitoring of social insurance for all employees. As a true point of reference, you guarantee the application of legal provisions and support employees as well as managers on questions relating to social insurance. In this capacity, you:

• Manage affiliations, transfers, and exits with the various social insurance providers.
• Ensure the administrative monitoring of files related to AVS, LPP, LAA, IJM, family allowances, and other social benefits.
• Take charge of the management of sickness, accident, maternity, paternity, and disability cases in collaboration with the relevant organizations.
• Compile, monitor, and control files with insurance companies and social institutions.
• Respond to employee requests and advise managers on questions relating to social insurance.
• Control data related to social insurance and ensure its consistency with payroll information.
• Participate in annual declarations as well as audits and controls by social organizations.
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and oversee the correct application of legal obligations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR administrative processes.

Your profile ##

• Holder of a commercial or HR training completed by a specialization in social insurance.
• You have proven successful experience in a similar function in Switzerland.
• You possess excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labor law.
• You perfectly master French, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of English is an asset.
• You are comfortable with IT tools as well as HR management and payroll systems.
• Recognized for your rigor, your discretion, and your sense of organization, you efficiently manage several files simultaneously.
• You demonstrate autonomy, an excellent sense of service, and great interpersonal skills.
• Your analytical mind and solution orientation allow you to effectively support employees and managers.
