Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Leading the Final Assembly department with around 50 to 80 employees and active further development of the management organization • Promotion, development, and empowerment of employees as well as ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer • Ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant completion of railway vehicles as well as timely handover to commissioning • Planning and controlling personnel and organizational resources in close coordination with the relevant interfaces • Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and representation of Final Assembly during internal and external audits • Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and structures to increase quality, productivity, and efficiency • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality specifications YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed technical basic training, supplemented by further training (e.g., Industriemeister:in or comparable) • Several years of experience in an industrial environment as well as sound leadership experience; business administration further training is an advantage • Strong leadership competence as well as enjoyment in promoting, developing, and inspiring employees for common goals • Entrepreneurial thinking with high initiative • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to provide clear orientation and make decisions • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • High IT affinity (MS Office, SAP, etc.) YOUR BENEFITS • Financial contribution for public transport and various leisure activities • In-house gym and regular company events • Discounted catering options in the staff restaurant Sandro Egger Teamleiter Human Resources \+41 79 533 36 64
