Our client, a modern acute care hospital in Gossau, is looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who will take on responsibility as Teamleiter/in Pflegeabteilung and actively improve the quality of patient care.

Your tasks – Leadership with foresight

• Ensuring excellent nursing quality for patients with different clinical pictures
• Personnel and professional management of a dynamic team
• Participation in change processes to optimize nursing workflows
• Coaching and development of employees through individual support
• Active cooperation with doctors, therapists, and the hospital management

Your profile – Expertise meets commitment

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with experience in the acute care sector
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but ambitious professionals with an interest in leadership are also welcome
• Social competence and leadership strength to create a motivating environment
• Willingness for further training in the area of leadership or management
