Experienced team leader (m/f/d) with heart and a strong hand for leadership wanted! (50-100%) We are looking for a loving, cheerful, flexible and conscientious team leader for our new bilingual nursery in Schlieren, starting 01.10.2026 or by agreement. Are you an experienced, structured and assertive personality who is well-grounded in life? Do you enjoy working in a team, bring proven, traditional values into modern pedagogy and know how to lead a young team with a clear line, empathy and consistency? Then you are exactly right for us! Your profile for this demanding position:
Experience & Maturity: You are an experienced, life-experienced personality with sound professional experience in childcare.
Leadership Competence: You bring assertiveness as well as maturity to successfully guide and manage a young team.
Values & Attitude: You appreciate and live "old values" such as reliability, punctuality, sense of duty and respect and pass these on to the team as a role model.
Language Skills: German or English at native speaker level is a requirement for this bilingual environment.
