For our client, a modern and innovative nursing center, we are looking for an engaged dipl. Pflegefachperson HF with Fachverantwortung Pflege, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in ensuring and further developing nursing quality throughout the entire facility. You will advise and support the nursing teams professionally and actively contribute to the implementation of modern nursing concepts and standards.
Your tasks

• Ensuring qualitatively and quantitatively professionally competent nursing and care of the residents according to current standards and modern nursing concepts
• Assuming professional co-responsibility for nursing quality throughout the entire facility
• Advising and supporting the nursing teams in complex nursing situations
• Accompanying and supporting HF students during their training
• Conducting case discussions and continuous optimization of nursing processes
• Participating in the development and implementation of new structures and standards
• Active participation in working groups and projects
• Close cooperation with nursing experts and other specialist departments

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Professional experience in long-term care or a comparable environment
• Pronounced professional and social competence as well as enjoyment in the professional support and advice of teams
• Open, appreciative and team-oriented personality
