Your tasks

• According to the deployment plan, you take over both driving and loading our collection vehicles on refuse, green waste, cardboard, and paper collection tours.
• You empty containers and collection bins professionally and operate the tipping devices as well as other vehicle equipment safely.
• You work closely with your crew and ensure a reliable and smooth process of the collection tours.
• You share responsibility for occupational and operational safety and pay attention to the safety of your team as well as other road users.
• You carry out cleaning, maintenance, and inspection work on vehicles and equipment and take over general work in the Werkhof.
• You perform on-call and standby services and take over winter service assignments with snowplow vehicles.

Your profile

• You appreciate the variety between driving and loading and take over both activities with equal commitment. You adapt flexibly to different tasks and assignments.
• You possess the driving license of category C as well as a valid CZV card.
• You enjoy physical work, are resilient, and feel comfortable working outdoors -- in all weather conditions.
• You work reliably, independently, and efficiently. A sense of responsibility and safe working are a matter of course for you.
• You are a team player, communicate clearly and respectfully, and appear friendly and professional in public.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2.
• Experience in disposal, recycling, or transport logistics is an advantage. Particularly important to us are your willingness to roll up your sleeves and your joy in working in a team.
