On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will ensure the reception and follow-up of customers by phone, email and in person. You will record and follow up on orders in the ERP. You will establish order confirmations and prepare simple quotes. You will create production orders and follow up on order progress. You will coordinate information with production, logistics and internal teams. You will monitor production and delivery deadlines and alert in case of delay. You will handle simple customer complaints and ensure their follow-up. You will update customer data and ensure regular reporting to management. Your profile: You have a CFC in commerce or equivalent training. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment. You master an ERP and Office tools. You communicate fluently in French and use English at a C1 level. You demonstrate rigor, organization and reactivity. You work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
