Main tasks

• Autonomous processing of requests transmitted by foreign authorities
• Support to the International Cooperation group for the processing of complex administrative assistance requests
• Contribution to the drafting of decisions and the conduct of appeal proceedings
• Possibly, participation in on-site inspections and hearings (depending on possibilities)

Required profile

• Completed studies in law
• Interest in issues related to financial market law
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Good knowledge of standard IT tools
• Efficient and precise working method
• Perfect command of French and Italian (C2 level), as well as very good knowledge of German and English (B2)
