Stiftung Wisli, based in Bülach, has been committed to the social and vocational integration of people with mental impairments for more than 40 years. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of living, work, and work integration. In our department Einsatzplätze Bülach, which is composed of the areas Bürozentrum, Restwert, and Werkatelier, we carry out integration measures on behalf of the IV or municipalities. The assigned participants are agogically supported, built up, and trained in order to be able to reintegrate them into the free labor market.

To reinforce and support our team Bürozentrum in Bülach, we are looking for a flexible, motivated, and committed personality, starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement, as

Commercial/agogic support person 70-80% (all)

Your tasks

• Agogic support and guidance of the participants with commercial tasks in the Bürozentrum
• Resource- and performance-oriented involvement, empowerment & promotion of the participants and employees
• Reporting & development documentation of the participants to the internal Case Management
• If necessary, taking over tasks in the Restwert and Atelier

Your profile

• Professional experience in support (work agogics, social pedagogy, etc.)
• Commercial training/experience and training in social services
• IT affinity and confident handling of Microsoft Office programs. Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Professional, stylistically confident written and oral communication skills
• Initial experience in the area of accounting/bookkeeping is a plus
• Vocational trainer or adult educator is an advantage
