For our sales department of the Service Region North & Central Switzerland, we are looking for a Salesperson Modernization and Replacement Systems Elevators (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: * Responsible for achieving the budget goals in the area of responsibility * Order clearing, handling of supplementary claims as well as administrative project management until the handover of the system to the customer * Market development in a defined sales area (analyses, customer care, acquisition etc.) * Customer consulting * Preparation of offers including calculation, offer submission and offer follow-up * Award and contract negotiations * Order completion incl. order clearing, order completion report and handover to Contract Engineering and assembly * Construction-related technical and commercial clarification as well as possible supplementary negotiations * Triggering, checking and release of final invoices as well as administration of open items * Participation in handover to the customer. Your profile: * Technical basic training with additional training in sales and/or in the commercial field * Experience in field sales, preferably in the construction industry * Experience in the elevator industry is an advantage * Good manners, sales flair, eloquent expression in daily contact with our customers * Good knowledge of MS Office programs, ERP systems * Systematic, structured way of working * Proficient German in speaking and writing * Independent, resilient personality * Driver's license category B.
