You resolve faults independently and enjoy customer contact. You ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of the systems. You handle service and maintenance orders independently and in a solution-oriented manner. You work closely with internal specialists as well as external partners. You actively contribute your technical know-how to the further development of our solutions. What sets you apart You have completed training as a Multimedia Electronics Technician EFZ, Electrical Installation Technician EFZ, Electronics Technician EFZ, Telematics Technician EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ or Building Information Technician EFZ. Ideally, you already have experience in the field of video and security systems. You have good IT knowledge and ideally already have knowledge of network technologies or the motivation to acquire and continuously expand them. You work independently, reliably and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders. You approach challenges in a structured manner and find suitable solutions together with the team.
