For our partner company, a world-leading manufacturer of snacks and confectionery, we are looking for a

Plant Operator (m/f/d) ###

(development position to Team Leader)

Your Tasks ###

• Achieving the specified production plan (from raw materials to liquid mass)
• Commissioning and maintenance of the plants
• Independent adjustment of the large-scale plant as well as plant monitoring and operation
• Reporting and protocol keeping
• Independent troubleshooting of minor malfunctions
• Recording and entering production key figures into the various systems
• Step-by-step assumption of leadership tasks within the team

Your Profile ###

• Completed vocational training in the food sector or technical vocational training with food experience
• Experience in production operations
• Basic computer skills (Windows with Office Tools, SAP an advantage)
• Very good German language skills
• Readiness for shift work (2 to 5 shifts)
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge an advantage
• Leadership experience or the readiness and potential to assume leadership responsibility in the future
