An established engineering office in Central Switzerland is looking for a committed personality as

Civil Engineer FH 80 - 100 %

per immediately or by arrangement.

The office specializes in structural calculations and structural solutions in structural engineering and special foundation engineering. The range of services includes new buildings as well as conversions, renovations, consultations, concept developments, expert opinions, and client consultancy. Cooperation with architectural offices, construction management, companies, and clients is part of everyday life.

As a Civil Engineer FH, you work closely with projects and decisions. You take responsibility in the planning and implementation of structural solutions and accompany projects from the idea to realization. The focus is on structural engineering (structural engineering and special foundation engineering); additionally, you participate in conversions, renovations, and conceptual tasks.

Your tasks

• Independent processing and handling of projects in all service phases
• Planning and calculation of structures in structural engineering and special foundation engineering
• Collaboration on demanding conversions, renovations, structural reinforcements, and earthquake analyses
• Processing of excavation supports, special foundations, and foundation reinforcements
• Leadership and coordination of the project and planning team
• Technical contact person for architects, construction management, contractors, and clients
• Ensuring technical quality, economic efficiency, and professional implementation

Your profile

• Completed education as a Civil Engineer FH
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
• Sound specialist knowledge in structural engineering (concrete construction, steel construction, foundation engineering)
• Experience with common calculation and planning tools, ideally Axis VM, DC-Grundbaustatik and Messerli Bauadministration
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Teamwork and communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to perform and pursue further training
