Landscape Supervisor 100% \- Organize and supervise the daily activities of the landscape teams \- Accompany, train and develop employees in the field \- Ensure the monitoring of working hours and resource management \- Manage supplies, equipment and stocks \- Maintain a close relationship with clients and guarantee their satisfaction \- Participate in the preparation of offers, quotes and other administrative tasks related to the mandate \- CFC landscape gardener or equivalent training \- Experience in managing a team of landscape gardeners (minimum 6 people) \- Professional experience in the field of minimum 5 years \- Mastery of spoken and written French \- Mastery of IT tools (MS Office) \- Structured work planning, methodical organization and autonomous working method \- Strong customer orientation
