In addition to classic management and administration, we realize our own new construction and renovation projects. Management and administration are established with us. Now we are specifically strengthening the construction projects area. Tasks Management of larger renovation, conversion, and new construction projects: You lead projects from the project idea to the final acceptance. Construction management: Schedule, cost, and quality control across all project phases Ensuring economic efficiency through cost control, budgeting, and return on investment considerations Contact person and coordination with architects, specialist planners, and companies Negotiations and coordination with authorities (building permits, requirements) Interface to internal management and administration Support of the management and the administration in the evaluation and development of new projects Profile Initial or further education in the field of construction management, construction management, or architecture – or comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience Experience in managing renovation, conversion, and new construction projects, ideally in residential and commercial construction Sound understanding of cost, schedule, and quality management as well as the economic efficiency of real estate projects Confident handling of standards (BKP, SIA norms) as well as experience with permit procedures Negotiation skills, independent way of working, and entrepreneurial thinking We offer Versatile projects with high personal responsibility Short decision-making paths in a small, well-coordinated team Part-time workload of 60–80% with flexible design Place of work Kriens; projects in Central Switzerland jpid53eedccjm jit0729jm jiy26jm
