Work location: Schwyz (Headquarters, hybrid working model) Workload: 80-100% Tasks: In the Digital Banking team of a cantonal bank, you will actively shape the further development of the digital channels E-Banking and Mobile Banking. - Central role in the further development of the digital channels E-Banking and Mobile Banking - Co-responsibility for the release management of the digital channels - Operation and continuous maintenance of the digital channels - 2nd-level support for incidents and technical support for customer advisors - Coordination and responsibility for release planning incl. testing - Conducting user training Profile: - Degree from a higher technical college or university, preferably in computer science or business informatics - Very good knowledge of the Finnova Core Banking platform in the area of Digital Banking - High technical understanding of the interaction of different applications - Several years of experience in Application Management, Business Analysis or process management - Very good communication skills, high quality awareness as well as customer and service orientation - Reliable team player, open to change.
