You are the central interlocutor for customer requests related to quality and work in close collaboration with internal departments. You contribute to developing sustainable solutions and strengthening customer satisfaction in the long term. What you do • Management and coordination of customer complaints as well as the writing of 8D reports • Communication with customers in the complaint process • Monitoring of internal and external complaints • Support for the planning and implementation of internal audits to guarantee quality requirements • Monitoring and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions as well as verification of their effectiveness • Conducting and facilitating error analyses in collaboration with specialized departments • Support and accompaniment of certification audits and customer audits • Analysis of complaint trends and implementation of sustainable improvement measures • Development of the complaint process and the 8D methodology • Support for the implementation and development of quality standards • Participation in cross-functional quality and improvement projects What you bring • Basic mechanical or electrotechnical training (electrical fitter, automation technician or equivalent) • Higher education HF / FH in quality management or equivalent additional training • Experience in complaint management, ideally also in escalation management • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methods is an asset • Good knowledge of MS Office • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage • Fluent proficiency in German and English, both oral and written • Autonomous, structured, and quality-conscious way of working with a high sense of responsibility • Confident attitude towards customers and internal interlocutors • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Willingness to train in energy technology and evolve with us What we offer you • Contribute to shaping the energy supply of tomorrow.
