In Bern, actifutura gmbh is opening the Vocational Integration program «BINplus» as of 1 January 2027. On behalf of the Amt für Arbeitslosenversicherung (AVA), we already support job-seeking individuals in Interlaken and Thun on an individual, practical, and appreciative basis on their way back into the primary labor market.
For our new team in Bern, we are looking for a committed personality as a Specialist Application BINplus | 60-100 % starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your field of activity
In this versatile role, you will make an important contribution to the vocational integration of job-seeking people. You create orientation, strengthen existing resources, and support participants in developing their professional perspectives and shaping their way into the primary labor market independently and actively. In doing so, you combine individual support with practical adult education and work in an interdisciplinary team that values personal responsibility, development, and appreciative cooperation.
Your tasks:
Individual support: You conduct initial, individual, and final interviews, perform triage, and create needs-based individual participant programs.
Strengthening competencies: You specifically support and promote participants in the further development of their language, application, and ICT competencies and strengthen their independence in the application process.
Shaping application coaching: You plan and lead practice-oriented sequences in groups around the application process – from job searching and application documents to preparation for job interviews and other labor market-relevant topics.
Conveying digital competencies: You conduct sequences in groups on information and communication technologies (ICT) and support participants in using digital instruments for job searches and applications safely and independently.
Developing offers: You continuously create, revise, and further develop sequences in groups, bringing in your ideas, experiences, as well as current developments from the labor market and the world of applications.
Creating daily structure: You moderate the daily start and daily conclusion in the core group and ensure orientation, commitment, and a positive framework.
Accompanying workspace: In our application workshop, you actively support participants in job searching, the creation and optimization of their application documents, and the concrete implementation of their next steps.
Documenting development: You record progress, observations, and relevant developments in the case management tool, conduct final interviews, and create meaningful final reports.
Being an interface: You are the contact person for the responsible personnel consultants and ensure a professional and reliable exchange of information.
Collaborating in the team: You actively participate in team, case, and exchange meetings and contribute to the professional and conceptual further development of BINplus.
What you bring with you
For this task, we are looking for an open and committed personality who enjoys supporting people with different requirements on their professional path.
You possess:
Recognized qualification at least at secondary level II
Three years of proven professional experience
Proven experience in the integration of job seekers into the primary labor market
Language level C2 (oral and written) according to the GER in German
In-depth knowledge in the application of information and communication technologies
An andragogical education or further training (SVEB certificate, level 1)
In-depth knowledge in the application of information and communication technologies
Knowledge of the Swiss labor market and education system
Ability to interact appropriately with people from different social and cultural backgrounds
Communicative and team-oriented personality
Positive and competent appearance, appreciative and open attitude
Willingness for self-responsible and co-responsible action
High resilience
