What you will do ## • Independent management of hematological consultations and therapies in the rooms of the Spitalzentrum im MEDIN Biel • Participation and moderation/leadership of the interdisciplinary tumor board • Cooperation as well as maintaining good relationships with referring physicians • Participation in the further education of resident physicians* and nursing staff • Engagement in the sense of continuous optimization of cooperation and processes • Consultative co-management of inpatient female and male patients What distinguishes you ## • Specialist title in Oncology or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition, or shortly before completion of specialist training • Respectful, solution-oriented, integrative personality with interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and good communicative skills • Quality awareness with a focus on safe, efficient, and resource-conserving processes • Engagement in the further and continuing education of oncological junior staff (physicians and nursing) • Language competence in German or French at native speaker level with knowledge of the other language What you will benefit from ## • We offer you attractive employment conditions with a position corresponding to your further education and experience and a fair salary • We live diversity: multilingual colleagues from various professions in the multicultural city of Biel/Bienne • We work together: great interdisciplinary cooperation and much mutual support.
