To complement the Construction Projects team, we are looking for reinforcement. Tasks Take over exciting construction projects in the urban environment – from planning to implementation. You work on large-scale projects as specialist project management construction and specifically contribute your know-how regarding real estate, plant, and facility areas. You prepare and accompany tenders for engineering and architectural services and coordinate external partners, planners, and specialist departments in a goal-oriented manner towards project success; while adhering to the estimated budget. As an internal specialist, you advise on topics related to foundation engineering, solid construction, as well as shell and interior construction for water supply plants and buildings. Take the opportunity to actively engage in digitalization in construction and to participate in the introduction and continuous further development of the BIM strategy in the water supply. Profile Master's degree as a civil engineer (FH/ETH); further training in project management, preferably in the field of plant engineering/construction Proven professional experience in civil engineering and in constructive project management with initial contact points with BIM Proactive, reliable and team-oriented personality Analytical, result-oriented thinking personality; organizational talent and assertiveness combined with strong communication skills Driving license category B We offer A demanding, versatile and unique area of responsibility awaits you.
