Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop the skills necessary for the practice of your future profession. Your main missions will be as follows: Respect the established training plan. Participate in the preparation and realization of meals intended for patients, employees and visitors. Apply the culinary techniques taught during the training. Respect hygiene standards, food safety and the procedures in force. Collaborate with the teams of the Hôtellerie & Restauration service. Develop your professional and personal knowledge throughout your apprenticeship. Qualifications You are interested in the profession of cook. You are dynamic and motivated.
