Your field of activity
As a Project Manager Client Side, you lead projects independently and represent the interests of our clients across all SIA phases. You:
manage real estate and construction projects from the perspective of our clients
accompany site and land developments with complex planning and decision-making processes
organize and conduct designer selection processes, procurements including contract management in close cooperation with our legal team
communicate openly and transparently with clients, authorities, planners, and other stakeholders
actively contribute to the further development of our organization and cooperation
What you bring with you
Training or studies in the field of architecture, construction, spatial planning, real estate, or a related field – the decisive factor is your understanding of planning and building (further training in project management, spatial planning, construction economics, or business administration is welcome)
experience in the planning and realization of construction projects
pleasure in taking on responsibility and working in a self-organized manner
interest in complex issues and in the development of good processes
strong communication skills – you bring different interests to the table and create viable solutions
customer- and service-oriented attitude
