To strengthen our Executive Board, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, analytically strong, and leadership-experienced personality as Head of Finance & Controlling.
Your Responsibility
In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the financial area of IMMER AG and its group companies. As a member of the Executive Board, you will actively participate in shaping the corporate development and advise the CEO and the Board of Directors on all finance-relevant issues.

Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, taxes, and insurance
Leadership and further development of the areas of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling, and payroll
Leadership of a team of 4 employees, deputy regulation
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting
Ensuring proactive liquidity planning and financial corporate management
Tax planning and cooperation with the auditing body and external tax experts
Preparation of tax returns and VAT declarations
Responsibility for payroll accounting including year-end settlements and salary certificates
Ensuring the correct processing of all social insurances
Management of insurance and coordination with external partners
Responsibility for contract and real estate management (rental agreements)
Further development of controlling as well as KPI and management information systems
Digitalization and optimization of finance- and HR-related processes
Participation in strategic projects and in risk management
Your Profile
Commercial basic training towards finance and business administration further education (FH or similar) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
Ideally further education as a Dipl. Expert in Accounting & Controlling or comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position, preferably in a trading company or SME
Very good knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, payroll, and social insurance law
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; Italian is an advantage
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking, high integrity, as well as pronounced communication and leadership competence
Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law.
