This is your contribution

• Responsible for conducting sports tests according to the instructions of the Federal Office of Sport BASPO
• Conduct the Fitness Test for the Army (FTA) with those liable for military service (warm-up phase, test phase) and record the sports results
• Prepare sports equipment, including functional checks
• Post-process the FTA (reporting defects, cleaning the sports hall) as well as complete any arising administrative tasks

In a nutshell

The Army Personnel accompanies members of the army from recruitment to discharge from military service. The Recruitment Command is responsible for the selection of future army members and their assignment to a suitable function (army or civil protection). In doing so, the suitability and inclination of those liable for military service and the needs of the army are brought into the best possible balance.
Support the sports tests of those liable for military service in the Rüti Recruitment Center and be responsible for the recording of the sports results.

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army -- from recruitment through general basic training to cadre training for the militia and the professional military. Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Cadre Training, the Army Personnel, five training associations, the training center as well as the specialist office for Women in the Army and Diversity.
