You play a key role in the transformation of our Claims organization and contribute to evolving our practices well beyond traditional legal management. What awaits you Lead and develop a team of lawyers based in Nyon and Adliswil Assume responsibility for legal issues related to Non-Life claims settlement Contribute to the strategic evolution of claims management by relying on the Technical Excellence approach Drive complex claims cases as well as judicial, mediation (Ombudsman), and extrajudicial procedures Advise and support Claims teams on complex legal issues Represent Generali before courts, authorities, and professional associations Your skills University degree in law and Swiss bar admission Proven experience in private insurance law, tort law and/or social insurance law Experience in leading teams or strong leadership potential Strategic thinking and the ability to provide pragmatic and results-oriented solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills Availability to travel regularly between our headquarters in Nyon and Adliswil Proficiency in French and German, both spoken and written (C1-C2 level for both).
