The Regional Social Service (RSD) supports the municipalities of Bottenwil, Hirschthal, Kölliken, Moosleerau, Muhen, Reitnau and Safenwil. With its approximately 38 employees, the RSD is responsible for child and adult protection, material and immaterial assistance, and alimony. In addition, the RSD is responsible for asylum coordination for five municipal associations and two additional municipalities. For the municipalities of Kölliken, Muhen and Safenwil, a team takes over school social work (kindergarten to upper school).
