Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in (geriatric) psychiatry or long-term care desirable
• Empathy and understanding for the needs of older people
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Patience, resilience, and high social competence

Tasks ##

• Holistic care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting
• Accompanying people with dementia, depression, delirium, or other mental illnesses in later life
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and social services
• Documentation and quality assurance in the nursing process
