Sanitary Installer with leadership experience and customer care

Activity

• Take over technical and personnel leadership of the service team in the sanitary sector
• Care for complex customer properties and active expansion of the customer portfolio through new service contracts
• Ensure the creation of resource and route planning as well as organization of the on-call service
• Ensure calculation of service offers, material procurement and budget monitoring
• Secure quality standards and occupational safety during maintenance, repairs and commissioning

Requirements

• Completed EFZ basic training with several years of professional experience in the sanitary service sector
• Proven leadership experience in technical customer service
• Strong quality awareness, negotiation skills and customer-oriented action
• Reliable and responsible personality with a professional appearance
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as driver's license Kat. B are mandatory
