Would you like to support deaf and hard-of-hearing people in achieving their professional goals and finding suitable employment? Do you have experience in job coaching, labor market integration, or recruitment? Are you open to learning sign language, or do you already possess the corresponding competencies? Your future tasks in job coaching and labor market integration include: ###

• application coaching and active job placement in the primary labor market, including case management and reporting
• acquiring job positions and expanding networking
• sensitization, advice, and support for employers
• direct contact person for IV, RAV, and other referring agencies

Furthermore, the following tasks are part of your activity: ###

• individual consultations on the topics of work and job searching
• collaboration in the application workshop
• organization and implementation of daily courses
• collaboration in internal and external working groups

We are looking for a committed person who brings the following: ###

• Qualified training and/or several years of practical experience in the field of Job Coaching, labor market integration, social work, or recruitment
• Sociability, high social competence, and patience when dealing with clients
• Experience in accompanying people with a handicap
• Good sign language competencies or willingness to learn Swiss German Sign Language
• Responsible, independent, and resilient personality
• Administrative and organizational skills as well as good IT user knowledge
• Confident oral and written German skills and good text comprehension
• Business understanding
