Do you know the logistics or distribution business, do you like IT tools, and have you already led digitalization projects? This position could suit you.

Who are we?

A human-sized company of about 30 employees, active in national and international distribution, we are pursuing the development and modernization of our business tools and processes.

To support this evolution, we are looking for a person capable of making the link between operational needs, IT solutions, and external partners.

Your role

You will take charge of the coordination and management of projects related to our various business applications: ERP, WMS, PIM, webshop and their interfaces.

Concretely, you will be required to:

• Understand user needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Manage projects, from the expression of needs to their implementation in production.
• Coordinate IT service providers and integrators.
• Challenge proposed solutions, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure the proper integration of tools and the consistency of processes.
• Support teams in the adoption of new solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and automation.

Your profile

You are first and foremost a business professional with a strong IT sensitivity.

• You have training in logistics, supply chain, process management or an equivalent field (federal diploma, ES, HES or equivalent experience).
• You have already actively participated in the management of ERP, WMS or other business application projects, ideally up to their implementation in production.
• You know how to structure a project, coordinate different stakeholders and monitor a budget.
• You understand IT issues sufficiently to dialogue with integrators and evaluate their proposals.
• You are comfortable in an SME environment where autonomy, versatility and initiative are essential.
• You are curious, pragmatic and motivated to develop your skills in new areas.
• You are of Swiss nationality or possess a residence permit B or C

Experience in the field of logistics would be an asset.
