Regional Service Manager Northwest (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational service processes in the Northwest region
• Leadership of a service team of around 65 people in the field and office, including qualification and further development
• Responsibility for the budget and cost centers of the regional service organization
• Close cooperation with the regional management and active participation in shaping the strategic direction
• Implementation of the regional service strategy
• Participation in and leadership of national service projects
• Regular communication with private and business customers, both written and oral
• Ensuring compliance with defined processes
• Coordination between service and sales
• Service controlling based on relevant key figures
• Promotion of a strong, cooperative, and open team culture

Profile

• Basic technical training in the field of building technology/HLKSE or comparable, supplemented by professional and business administration further training
• Several years of leadership experience in Customer Service, Technical Service, scheduling, or similar areas
• Sound experience in aftersales of a technical company
• Ability to lead teams through change processes and further develop structures
• Strategic and at the same time practical thinking
• Communicative, assertive, and inspiring leadership personality
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as high resilience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient in handling modern IT systems (e.g., Windows, Excel, ERP systems)
