Metzger EFZ (m/w/d) 80–100%
per immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:
-------------------

• Professional processing and refinement of meat products
• Cutting, portioning and packaging according to quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in the optimization of production processes
• Compliance with HACCP requirements as well as company safety and hygiene regulations
• Operation and monitoring of machines and systems
• Quality control of the processed products

Your profile:
----------------

Completed training as Fleischfachmann/-frau EFZ or comparable professional experience
Sound knowledge in meat processing and production

• High hygiene awareness and precise, independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and reliability
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German skills (at least B1)
• Mobility is a prerequisite
