Job Description ##

Reporting to the Quality department, you will act as a partner to the production teams and actively contribute to the industrial performance of the site.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Provide quality support to the production workshops.
• Manage the analysis and processing of non-conformities.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards.
• Support development and industrialization projects for new products.
• Define and optimize control methods.
• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality best practices.
• Participate in internal audits and the monitoring of quality indicators.
• Contribute to risk analysis processes and the improvement of overall performance.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education such as HES Engineer, EPF or equivalent.
• First successful experience in a quality function within the watchmaking industry.
• Good mastery of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, AMDEC, Lean).
• Knowledge of ERP environments and industrial processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Team spirit, rigor and field orientation.
