To strengthen our team in Zürich, we are looking for a technically skilled, independent, and customer-oriented personality with electrical training.

As a Swiss specialist retailer for ceramic supplies, we offer an extraordinarily versatile technical environment. From electric kilns and controls to potter's wheels and other machines – with us, no two workdays are the same. Therefore, we are looking for someone who not only enjoys practical work but also finds joy in troubleshooting, new technical challenges, and independent problem-solving.

Your tasks

You will work both in our workshop in Zürich and in the field at our customers' locations throughout Switzerland.

• Commissioning, conversion, maintenance, and repair of electric kilns, especially high-voltage systems
• Electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and rectification of faults
• Inspection, repair, and replacement of control units and electrical components
• Delivery, installation, and commissioning of new devices at the customer's site
• Instruction and technical advice for our customers on-site
• Delivery of machines, devices, and other goods
• Warehouse management and shipping of customer packages
• With increasing experience, independent technical advice via telephone and on-site
• If required, support with customer service in our specialist store

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the electrical or electrotechnical field, as an electrical installer, electrician, automation technician, electromechanic, or comparable training
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and confident handling of electrical systems
• Joy in troubleshooting and in solving technical problems independently
• Good comprehension and willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with new devices and technical topics
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Joy in customer contact and a friendly, communicative appearance
• Physically fit – deliveries and installations sometimes include carrying heavier devices and materials
• Driving license category B
• Very good German skills (oral and written)
• Other languages are an advantage

What is important to us: You do not need to be a ceramics expert yet. You will learn our assortment and technical applications with us. What is decisive for us is your basic electrical training, technical understanding, and the ability to think through different problem situations and find solutions independently.
