Mission
As part of this function, reporting to the Quality department of our Cadrans Flückiger site in St-Imier, you will implement 3D inspection procedures by defining ranges and programming the inspection equipment. You will be the guarantor of the dimensional conformity of the inspected dials. In parallel, you will contribute to the maintenance of the measuring means.
Responsibilities
Create automatic 3D inspection programs by contact and optical methods to guarantee product conformity: industrialization, series life, and measurement for product/process analysis.
Define and validate inspection ranges in connection with project teams.
Supervise, support, and train 3D users in the production workshops.
Participate in the continuous improvement of measurement methods: design of tooling, monitoring and maintenance of measuring machines, definition of measurement strategies.
Utilize and interpret inspection results (histograms, basic statistics).
Profile sought
ES Technician Diploma in Microtechnology or an equivalent training.
Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D programming and measurements, with and without contact, ideally in the watchmaking field in the dial sector.
Mastery of 3D programming software, ideally knowledge of OGP, FoxFlash, and Mesure X.
Excellent skills in reading blueprints, particularly in GD&T (GPS) dimensioning.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good knowledge of quality tools and production monitoring statistics.
Very good visualization of parts in space.
Programming logic indispensable (Algorithm).
Ability to adapt to technical and industrial evolution.
