Production Mechanic (m/f/d) wanted!

We are among the nationally leading recruitment agencies with a total of 23 branches in Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. For over 30 years, we have specialized in the placement and rental of personnel in various industries, mainly in the fields of technology and industry. For a client who is knowledgeable in the pre-production of components in the watch industry, we are looking for reinforcement. Your future employment could include working with hard materials such as sapphire watch stones, ceramics, and micromagnets.

Job Description ##

In addition to processing the mentioned materials for the watch industry, the following main tasks would fall to you:

• Setting up and monitoring production orders
• Production of the orders
• Optimization of production processes with good ideas
• Daily maintenance of the machines and measuring instruments

You work in a so-called VSD shift model. This means that you are only working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On these days, the shifts rotate in a 3-shift model. Effectively, you only work 28 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours. From Monday up to and including Thursday, you have no work assignment.

• Training in the mechanics industry or basic mechanical knowledge
• Experience in the mechanical processing of materials.
• Readiness for 3-shift work (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Knowledge in handling measuring instruments
