Finance Specialist FIBU and Payroll (80–100 %)

In this position, you report directly to the CFO of the company. You will be prudently introduced to your new area of responsibility and the work processes. Colleagues from the administration and managers in the operational departments are happy to assist you with advice and support. A working environment with clear structures, functioning processes, and short decision-making paths awaits you.

Your tasks

• Maintaining the financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation
• Supporting the CFO with monthly evaluations, quarterly closings, and the preparation of annual closing work
• Supporting the HR team with the control and posting of payroll runs with numerous variables such as supplements, compensations, withholding taxes, etc.
• Maintenance and optimization of work processes in your area of responsibility
• Close cooperation and deputy for the CFO and the Head of HRM

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further training as a Finance Specialist
• Several years of experience in financial accounting and payroll administration
• Proficiency in the areas of value-added tax, social security, and labor law
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and the use of IT systems
• High implementation rate combined with determination
• Team spirit and winning communication in German
