Le Groupe Téléverbier offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 installations and its slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 employees. Maître d'Hôtel In order to complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, the catering sector is looking for: Your missions: • Directing the floor staff - Managing and developing customer relations - Actively participating in service - Anticipating attendance based on different factors: weather, holidays, weekends… - Welcoming and greeting customers during service - Contributing to the organization of events/receptions Its activities under the responsibility of the Manager are: - Leading the pre-service briefing and passing on instructions in the event of the absence of superiors - Intervening directly in one of the service activities in case of occasional overload - Handling reservations and preparing the floor plan - Distribution of tasks related to dining room service based on staff and predictable clientele - Supplying and managing drinks and supplies necessary for service - Ensuring special services (banquet, buffet,...) - Carrying out inventory and distributing daily and periodic tasks - Welcoming and integrating new staff - Ensuring coordination with the kitchen Your profile: • CFC as a catering specialist or equivalent training - Similar experience of at least 6 years - Knowledge of CCNT, HACCP, FIFO - Mastery of classic and specific IT tools - Languages: French and English, Italian an asset - Irreproachable presentation - Stress management indispensable - Having recognized management skills - Having listening and communication skills - Unifying a positive mindset and a good dynamic within the restaurant We offer: • Remuneration and social conditions of a leading company on its market; - The ski pass for the Verbier/4Vallées area; - Meals in the company restaurants.
