Your tasks Independent support and further development of our business\-applications (ERP, CAD, telephony and other specialist systems) Ensuring continuous operation as well as further development of our client\- and workplace environment Administration of Microsoft 365 including user management Support of our employees in 1st\- and 2nd\-level\-support Participation in digitalization projects as well as cross-departmental IT\-tasks Cooperation with external software\- and solution partners Documentation and continuous optimization of our systems What you bring with you IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience Several years of experience in the Microsoft\-environment, client\-management and ideally in the operation of business\-applications Enjoyment of contact with users as well as interest in business processes Independent, structured, customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working You do not have to know every one of our systems already.
