Our client is a provider of residential and nursing services for older people in the Bern region. For one nursing area, we are looking for a FaGe EFZ or Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH as a deputy team leader with a workload of 60–100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The institution combines a life in old age that is as self-determined as possible with professional nursing and care. Residents receive support according to their individual needs and health requirements.

In daily nursing, personal accompaniment, the maintenance of existing skills, and continuous care are the focus. Different professional groups work closely together so that both the nursing and everyday concerns of the residents are taken into account.

The function offers the opportunity to take on organizational and personnel tasks while simultaneously continuing to participate in direct nursing. The location is in the Bern region and has good connections to public transport.

Your field of activity with the new employer:

• Supporting the team leader in the organization of daily nursing and taking over defined deputy tasks
