What you do with us ## •    Technical and disciplinary leadership of a 4-person team •    Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance of production equipment, troubleshooting and repairs •    Maintaining maintenance logbooks and documentation of repairs •    Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) •    Participation in rationalization, automation and optimization projects •    Creating the basis for the budget of repair and maintenance costs including responsibility for the maintenance budget What you bring with you ## •    Basic mechanical training, several years of professional experience and ideally further training, e.g., as a maintenance specialist •    Leadership experience is an advantage •    Ideally experience in the maintenance of injection moulding machines •    Good knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, sensor technology, automation and robotics •    High degree of flexibility and independence Our offer ## •    Varied and exciting activity in a dynamic company •    High level of personal responsibility •    Well-coordinated and motivated team •    Long-term employment in a future-oriented company We offer equal opportunities for all and see diversity as our strength.
