Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Develop and implement measures aimed at guaranteeing the energy supply; formalize and incorporate these measures into ordinances, directives, etc. • Monitor the energy supply situation in collaboration with industry and other partners • Perform analyses and then evaluate and interpret data in a targeted manner • Plan and carry out shortage management simulations, assume responsibility in case of crisis • Lead and support projects and working groups within the framework of strategic and operational work on the country's economic supply • Draft position papers, represent the office in national and international forums <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master's degree, e.g., in economics, engineering, political science, natural/environmental sciences, energy management/energy systems or equivalent • Experience in the energy field or equivalent • Good analytical capacity, methodological skills, taste for numerical data • Confidence, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and good resistance to stress • Team spirit, keen sense of responsibility and communication adapted to the recipients • Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third; knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Put your expertise at the service of Switzerland's energy supply!
