Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Overall responsibility (P&L) for the project portfolio in the Refit, Revision & Repair area • Leadership, development, and coaching of a team of around 20 employees in project and bid management • Ensuring timely, economical, and successful project processing • Steering complex projects and further developing commercial project processing • Expansion and further development of a professional bid management for offer and tender projects • Optimization of processes, structures, and cross-organizational interfaces • Participation in strategic decisions as well as transformation and turnaround initiatives • Leading the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in the area of commercial project processing • Deputy of the Managing Director as well as representation of the department during audits and reviews YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Higher technical and business administration education (FH/Uni) • Several years of leadership and management experience in a project-oriented industrial environment; experience in the railway industry is an advantage • Demonstrable success in leading complex project portfolios with P&L responsibility • Experience in project management, bid management, and in steering interdisciplinary and international teams • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and high implementation power • Experience with change processes as well as process and organizational development • Very good communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels and in contact with customers • Good ERP knowledge, ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA • Very good German and English skills; other languages, especially French, are an advantage YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV- or SBB-subscriptions • Health promotion: subsidy for fitness subscriptions and fruit baskets • Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options) Claudia Pich HR Business Partner \+41 79 868 68 87
