Tasks + Expertly lead the team in logistics and represent the department management + Ensure smooth flow of daily operational business + Coordinate personnel planning and continuously improve work processes + Actively shape and support operational activities + Take over training and supervision of apprentices as a vocational trainer • Requirements + Completed logistics training with EFZ + Provable experience in logistics, preferably with initial leadership experience + Independent and structured way of working + High assertiveness combined with teamwork skills + Very good German skills and confident use of IT systems • Offer + Decision-making competence in a central leadership role with scope for design + Committed team that relies on competent leadership + Modern work equipment and attractive framework conditions in a growth-oriented company
