For our innovation/development team, we are looking for an autonomous, solution-oriented person eager to take on responsibilities for an immediate start or at a mutually agreed date.

Specialist Training and Innovation Collaborator (80-100 %)

Your role

• You are responsible for various specialized committees and innovation projects in the fields of research, consultancy and production, which contribute to shaping the future of Swiss fruit production.
• You are responsible for ensuring the initial and continuing training of professionals in the arboriculture sector.
• You support and coordinate, for the association, the Suisse Garantie brand, the fruit Sustainability sectoral solution and the SwissGAP standard.
• You represent Fruit-Union Suisse within external bodies and establish strong networks.
• You assume responsibility for the organization and administration of your area of activity.

Your profile

• A degree in agronomy, for example a BSc in agronomy, an ES agrotechnician diploma or an equivalent qualification with professional experience
• An interest in agricultural themes, training, innovation and Swiss fruits
• A proactive, structured, reliable and rigorous approach in your work
• A sense of service and the pleasure of working in a team and exchanging
• A sense of organization and initiative
• Native German or French language with very good knowledge of the other language
