Sanitary Project Manager - Engineering Office (M/F) - 100% PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

On behalf of our client, an engineering office specializing in building technology, we are looking for a Sanitary Project Manager to strengthen their team and take charge of various projects in the field of sanitary installations. You will be responsible for your projects, from the design phase to their realization, in close collaboration with engineers, architects, companies, and various building stakeholders. Your responsibilities: - Take charge of the complete management of sanitary projects, from study to realization. - Design and develop sanitary installations for different types of buildings. - Elaborate technical concepts and propose solutions adapted to project needs. - Perform and/or supervise the drafting of sanitary plans and diagrams. - Participate in BIM modeling and the coordination of technical installations. - Elaborate tender documents and participate in the analysis of bids. - Ensure technical coordination with other trades and stakeholders. - Participate in site meetings and ensure the monitoring of works. - Control the conformity of installations with current Swiss standards and regulations. - Advise clients and ensure a role as a technical interlocutor throughout the projects.

Your profile

• Technical training in the sanitary field, ideally CFC Sanitary Installer completed by training as a technician, project manager, or equivalent training. - Proven experience in managing sanitary projects, ideally within an engineering office or design office. - Very good knowledge of building sanitary installations. - Experience in design, dimensioning, and planning of sanitary installations. - Mastery of drawing and planning software; knowledge in BIM - Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations related to sanitary installations. - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and respect deadlines. - Excellent sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy. - Analytical spirit and ability to propose relevant technical solutions. - Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
