After successful establishment in several European markets, the rare opportunity arises to actively shape the market development in Switzerland. For a newly created position, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded, and sales-strong personality, starting immediately or by arrangement. Mittelland region and Luzern.

Your tasks:

• Establishment and sustainable development of the customer base (ophthalmologists, clinics, specialists)
• Acquisition of new customers and identification of market potentials
• Establishment of a network of decision-makers and opinion leaders
• Professional product presentation and training of specialist personnel
• Analysis of sales figures and prioritization of the most important accounts
• Independent organization of continuing education and product presentations
• Close cooperation with marketing and management to implement the strategy

Your profile:

• Several years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or MedTech field service in Switzerland
• Sound network with ophthalmologists, clinics, and relevant contact persons
• Winning personality with strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
• Very good German skills as well as good English or French skills
• Residence in the sales region
