Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (Workload 60-100%) ##

Your area of responsibility

• Treatment and basic care for our clients at home
• Case management and needs assessment
• Assumption of daily responsibility and contact person for all involved professional groups
• Support and promotion of apprentices

Your profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalently recognized training
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
• Independent way of working
• Very good German language skills and driver's license category B
