Your tasks * Professionally advise customers on the products and services offered by Pistor AG * Perform active telephone sales on a daily basis * Process, follow up and analyze orders from assigned customers * Actively collaborate with all stakeholders (internal/external) * Various administrative tasks such as offers, evaluations, maintenance of master data, etc. * Welcoming customers and processing invoice payments * Processing returns, complaints, transport breakage.
